What is collected
The only data collected through the contact form is name, email address, company and message.
Visit measurement
The site counts how many visits each page gets, using Vercel Web Analytics, from the same provider that hosts the site.
It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why this site has no cookie banner. Your IP address is not stored, nor is anything that could identify you, and you are not tracked across other websites.
Each visit records the page viewed, the link you arrived from, an approximate country and city, and the browser and device type. All of it aggregated: it tells us which pages are read, not who reads them.
What it is used for
To read the enquiry and answer it. No profiling, no automated decisions and no marketing to anyone who has not expressly asked for it.
Legal basis
The consent given by sending the form, and the legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacts the company. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the contact address.
How long it is kept
As long as it takes to deal with the enquiry and, after that, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Once those pass, it is deleted.
Who else can see it
No third party receives data for its own purposes. Only the providers needed to run the service have access, and always on the company’s behalf:
- Site hosting: Vercel Inc., with servers in the United States. This is an international data transfer, covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Sending the form’s email: Scaleway SAS, a French company, which delivers the message written in the form to the company. Its contract places the data inside the European Union, so the form adds no international transfer.
- The company’s mailbox: Google, which hosts the inbox the form’s message arrives in and the one it is answered from. It processes the data in the United States, so this is an international data transfer, covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Call scheduling: Cal.com, Inc., which handles the calls booked from this site and processes the data in the United States. The booking does not happen here: the button takes you to their page, and whatever you type there is also governed by Cal.com’s own privacy policy. This is an international data transfer, covered by the data processing agreement signed with Cal.com.
This site makes no request to any third-party server when it loads: the fonts and the icons are served from our own domain, and the scheduler is linked rather than embedded. Your IP address reaches nobody else because you visited us.
What rights you have
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. To exercise any of them, write to privacy@qualiphilos.com saying which one.
If you believe they have not been handled properly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the Spanish data protection authority.
